During your holiday, you don't need any surprises – except, of course, the pleasant ones. That's why we've summarised our most important terms and conditions for you concisely and clearly. It's worth reading the small print: here you'll find information about cancellation policies, check-in and check-out, additional services you can book, and more.

Arrival and departure

Check-in from 2:00 pm

Check-out until 10:00 am

If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know in advance.

Price

Children up to six years old stay with us for free.

Children from 6 to 14 pay €35.00 per day in rooms with breakfast and €20.00 per day in apartments.

Each additional person aged 14 and above pays €45.00 per day in rooms and €30.00 per day in apartments.

Our prices for rooms are per night and person; for the apartments per night for two people.

You can pay for your holiday in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer.

Local tax

In addition to the room price, a local tax of €2.90 per night is charged for everyone aged 14 and over.

Minimum stay

For stays of less than 3 nights, a surcharge of 10% is charged.

Booking

The booking is binding upon receipt of our written confirmation.

Parking

We have sufficient parking spaces available.

Pets

We ask for your understanding that unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in our house

Cancellations

If you are unable to go on your booked holiday, please inform us as soon as possible.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 70% of the total amount.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will have to charge the full amount.

We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
